Renton Red House to Green River Gorge Loop

Help me celebrate my ReTIREment and 60th Birthday.

Ride Leader: Ron Tazuma

Pace: Low Brisk  + High Moderate pace ride

Terrain: challenging 53 miles and 2300 feet of climbing with mixed trail and road sections.

Rain policy: rain cancels ride

Meet by 9:15AM at Linear Park 410 Burnett Ave South in Renton in front of The Red House Restaurant.  We will do a 50+ mile loop starting on the Cedar Creek trail and staying on the trail through a short gravel wilderness section.  Once on the road section we heading out toward Black Diamond and the Green River Gorge and then returning back to Renton through the Soos Creek Trail system for another trail section. Safe riding skills for the benefit of pedestrians and riders will always be encouraged on these trail systems. 

Lunch is planned at the Red House post ride.

NOTE: COGS Rides are limited to members and one time guest non-members. You must register to be permitted to ride. According to the club insurance policy, If you are not a COGS member then you can register and participate in one ride.
