This is ride #4 of a 4 part ride series.  The primary goal of the series is to prepare for the 2023 Tour de Manure Century (103 miles) on June 11th.  The series will also familiarize us with the 103 mile route as each ride is a subset of that route.  Rides #1 and #4 are planned for a social pace.

  1.  Saturday, April 29th at 9am.  33 miles.  Start: Magnuson Park.
  2.  Sunday, May 7th at 9am.  57 miles.  Start: Woodinville.
  3.  Sunday, May 28th at 8am.  77 miles.  Start: Woodinville.
  4.  Saturday, June 3rd at 9am.  33 miles.  Start: Magnuson Park.

Magnuson Park (Magnuson Cafe and Brewery): Departs promptly at 9am.  This is a stay together ride.

Rest Stop #1: Optional, rest stop in Woodinville.  There is an outdoor picnic area surrounded by lots of food options including Wendy's, Chipotle, Starbucks, Thai, and more.

Rest Stop #2: Liam is planning to stop at PCC in Kirkland for a Flourless Peanut Butter cookie and probably lunch too.

RAIN CANCELS:  A cancel notice will be sent the day before the ride if the forecast calls for heavy rain.

COGS rides are now open to both members and non-members. Non-members are limited to one “free” ride with the club, after which COGS’ insurance requires they become a member. All persons must register. The number of persons allowed on a ride is left to the discretion of the ride leader.

COVID remains a public health concern and COGS will continue to follow state and county health guidelines. Regardless of vaccine status, all participants should be free of COVID or flu-like symptoms before participating in any rides, tours, and social events.
NOTE: COGS Rides are limited to members and one time guest non-members. You must register to be permitted to ride. According to the club insurance policy, If you are not a COGS member then you can register and participate in one ride.
