• A Lake Washington North Loop route: Burke Gilman, Juanita, Kirkland, 520, U-District, Ravenna.  Pit stop at Urban Coffee in Kirkland or PCC Kirkland for lunch.
• Ravenna-Eckstein Park & Community Center (6535 Ravenna Ave NE, near NE 65th St) is our starting point.  Parking is limited at the Communtity Center.  There are 2 parking lots.  One clearly states for community center patrons only.  The other parking lot is small and there is a time limit. North of the park there appears to be plenty of street parking on Ravenna Ave and parallel streets.

• Participants are expected to be self-supporting with spare tubes, pump, water, snacks, and capable of fixing their own flats.  Helmets are required on COGS rides.  Use of flashers, visual enhancers and rearview mirrors is encouraged.  Weather conditions can and will change, be prepared. In addition, please also bring safe riding skills and good road manners. 

• Cancellation notice for rain, smoke, fire, ice will be sent out no later than 7 AM the morning of the ride.

COGS rides are now open to both members and non-members. Non-members are limited to one “free” ride with the club, after which COGS’ insurance requires they become a member. All persons must register. The number of persons allowed on a ride is left to the discretion of the ride leader.
