Moderate ride north on Burke Gilman Trail, climb the Juanita Hill into Kirkland. Coffee break, then across 520 Bridge, back to start.  About 28 miles, 1,500' elevation. This will be a stay together ride with occasional regroups. E-bikes and tandems most welcome.

Meet at Evanston Plaza. It's one block south of PCC in Fremont at the intersection of Evanston and Northlake. Up the stairs from the trail. 


PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

All riders must register. Helmets are required. COGS rides are open to non-members. Please check us out. Non-members are limited to one “free” ride as COGS’ insurance requires they become a member.

Riders are expected to be self-supporting with spare tubes, pump, water, snacks, and capable of fixing their own flats. Use of flashers, visual enhancers and rearview mirrors is encouraged. Weather conditions can and will change, be prepared. In addition, please also bring safe riding skills and good road manners.


NOTE: COGS Rides are limited to members and one time guest non-members. You must register to be permitted to ride. According to the club insurance policy, If you are not a COGS member then you can register and participate in one ride.
