The weather looks good this Wednesday.  For the occasion I have come up with a new route which borrows from routes past, goes a direction where we usually go the other way, and also has some roads that are rarely used on Wednesday Night Rides (perhaps for good reason).

Ride Leader Gustav Jansson
Distance/Elevation Approximately 19 miles/1300 ft
Pace moderate
Terrain Typical Seattle roads and park trails
Route Exploring North Seattle From Project 9
Meeting Location Project 9 on Lake City Way and NE 80th St
Check in Time 5:45 pm
Departure Time 6:00 pm

After the ride you are welcome to stick around for drinks and food at Project 9.  Food is from the Mexican Seoul food truck.

Bring Lights (you will need them).

Cancellation notice, in case of heavy rain or other adverse conditions, will be sent out by 3pm.

COGS rides are open to both members and non-members. Non-members are limited to one “free” ride with the club, after which COGS’ insurance requires they become a member. All persons must register. The number of persons allowed on a ride is left to the discretion of the ride leader.

NOTE: COGS Rides are limited to members and one time guest non-members. You must register to be permitted to ride. According to the club insurance policy, If you are not a COGS member then you can register and participate in one ride.
