COGS is seeking volunteer tour leaders.  The only requirements are that you are willing to plan and organize a multi-day tour and that you are familiar with the route.  It could be inn-to-inn, bikepacking (road and/or gravel), sag - supported or not, or a mix of the above.  You needn't manage lodging and meals, you may leave that up to the participants or make suggestions.  If you are willing to organize a group tour through a bike touring company, recruit participants and collect funds that could also work.  Liability is covered under the COGS insurance policy, and the club will back you in case of contingency.  Feel free to ask me or any COGS board member if you have any questions.
